Shoulder pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal complaints in clinical practice. Ultrasonography a useful method for diagnosis various shoulder diseases and injuries. This article presents ultrasonographic features conditions, including those affecting rotator cuff, long head biceps, subacromial-subdeltoid bursa, glenohumeral acromioclavicular joints.
